Mexican Problems

Phase 1

Mr. Vargo is El Presidente of Mexico.  We have struggled mi amigos, but now we are free from Spain.  We face a new threat, our borderlands are vulnerable.  The threats, USA migration, Russian Migration, and Native American Attacks.  As a member of my cabinet, I want you to examine the actions of the Mexican government in dealing with the threat and explain how these actions would combat these problems. 

Phase 2

Identify the problems that occurred with the implementation of the above actions.

Phase 3

Create a visual aid to show me the actions of the Mexican Government, the negative things that resulted from the phase 1 actions.

Phase 4

Write a paragraph addressing the problems you identified and how to possibly solve the problems and why you would feel this would work.
